Services We Provide
We offer website development, e-commerce development, mobile app development, SEO services, social media management, Google Business Profile setup, video editing, custom plugin development, and website speed optimization. The specific scope of work is always defined in your project proposal before any work begins.
Pricing and Payment
All our prices are listed on our website. The exact cost for your project is confirmed in writing through a proposal before work starts. We follow a 50% advance, 50% on completion payment structure for most projects. Monthly services (SEO, social media, maintenance) are billed at the start of each month.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is applied as per Indian tax regulations.
Project Timeline
We provide an estimated timeline in your project proposal. We do our best to deliver on schedule. However, delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or changes in scope from the client’s side may extend the timeline. We communicate any delays proactively.
Revisions and Changes
Design revisions are part of our process — we work with you until you’re satisfied with the design before development begins. Once development is complete, we include reasonable revisions during the review phase. Major scope changes after development may involve additional costs, which we discuss and agree upon before proceeding.
Content and Materials
You are responsible for providing business content, images, logos, and other materials needed for your website. If you need help creating content, we can assist — this is discussed during the proposal stage. You confirm that any content you provide does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights.
Ownership
Once the final payment is received, you own your website, its content, and any custom code we develop for you. We do not retain ownership of your project. Third-party tools, plugins, or templates used in your project remain under their respective licenses.
Hosting and Domain
We help you set up hosting and domain registration. These are typically paid directly by you to the hosting provider. We do not hold your domain or hosting hostage — you maintain full control and access to your accounts.
Post-Launch Support
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. After this period, ongoing maintenance is available through our monthly maintenance plans. We also train you to handle basic updates yourself.
Confidentiality
We keep all your business information, login credentials, and project details confidential. We do not share your data with third parties. If we showcase your website in our portfolio, we ask for your permission first.

Limitation of Liability
