Before Work Begins
If you change your mind before we start any design or development work, you receive a full refund of your advance payment. No questions asked.
During Design Phase
If you decide to cancel during the design mockup phase (before development begins), we refund 50% of the advance payment. The remaining 50% covers the design work already completed.
During Development
Once development has started, refunds are not available for the work already completed. However, if there’s a genuine issue, we’ll discuss it honestly and find a fair solution. We’ve never had a project reach this stage without resolution — because we get your approval at every step before moving forward.
After Launch
Once the website is launched and handed over, the project is considered complete. Post-launch support (30 days free) covers bug fixes and minor adjustments, not redesigns or scope changes.
Monthly Services (SEO, Social Media, Maintenance)
Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds for the current month once work has begun. There are no long-term contracts — you stay because the work delivers results, not because you’re locked in.
